LAGOS WOMEN RUN TEAM PAYS HON AJALA COURTESY VISIT

Members of the Team of the much publicized Lagos Women Run tagged "Running for Wellness and fitness" yesterday paid a courtesy visit to the Executive Chairman, Odi-olowo/Ojuwoye LCDA, Hon Rasaq Olusola Ajala in his office.
The First Lady of Lagos state, Dr. Ibironke Sanwo-olu, had earlier endorsed the event.
The endorsement was made at the weekend, when the General Coordinator of the Run, Tayo Popoola, paid a courtesy visit to the office of the First Lady, alongside her team.
The same gesture was extended to the Chairman, Odi-olowo/Ojuwoye LCDA Hon Rasaq Olusola Ajala who received the team in his office at Town planning Way, Ilupeju, Lagos.
While receiving them, Hon Ajala was expressed his excitement over the programme and promised to give it necessary support.
Lagos state All Progressive Congress Assistant woman leader, Hon Kehinde Ajinni, was at the council as of the time of the visit and she also expressed her support for the event.
The General Coordinator of the event, Tayo Popoola, thanked Hon. Ajala for hosting them in his office and supporting them. Other people with her were Medina Sanusi and Kudirat Ola Ayinde.
